Well wasn't that exam fun. first we need to create lines across lena both horizontal and diagonal, and then draw an applet that had a red background, with concentric black circles inside, and then white squares at the very centre. were the other different? did anyone else break Java. the complier crashed when i first attempted the lines over lena. opps . i think that the problem came when i tried to load both the drawing and the importing sections of java. i then had to write the programming that i was going to implement by hand, creating a program that converted any pixel value to 0 when it equalled 128 on either front, or when both factor were equal or when added together they equalled 255. i think that was the most effiecient way but i would like to have tested it. most annoying. anyway, good luck revising and see you in Computer Systems and Networking.

Well at least yours was easy. Mine we had to divide leena into three and the middle bit was to be in binary. The applet was a checkerboard with a grey square in the middle. But get this, every third square was blue the rest was black . I could of done the one you did no problem. But alot of people have complained about the java exam's and it has been brought up by the course rep. (Who i saw yesterday). Anywho i hope everyone isnt too stressed and hope everyone else's exams are going OK. And hopefully see you all soon.
