It appears to me that the shows listed above are not liked by the majority of people currently attending the meetings. I maybe wrong in this assumption, but if this is the case, it would be better to replace them sooner rather than later. the only question at the moment is with what? Do they need replacing at all, would people prefer if we simply end the semester with what we currently have, and then review the schedule after christmas (as will probably happen anyway). Basically they would need to be replaced with something about 45 minutes long, or appears on television for about an hour. thoughts on this matter please.

OK, how about showing, or even asking (maybe using a poll-like system) the "24" seasons and/or "Band Of Brothers"? I could try to get these (if I get my anime stuff first, the £34.99 deal for the Band Of Brothers in Virgin seems like a great offer, or the special edition version for £46.99), or someone can download some episodes.
Stargate is also an option, and as I am sure there will be those who have not seen the spin-off series "Atlantis" (which is surprisingly good).
I'll post some more ideas later ;D
